Summary: Overall great stay. Room layout is excellent for multi travelers per room or solo travelers. Nice room amenities. Breakfast much better than other hotels with included meal. Food cooked well and appropriately replenished. Just a couple down sides. Only 2 elevators for an 8 story hotel & one was out. We were low enough to walk so we managed. Maid did not clean our room or refresh towels after our first night. No one told us we would need to request housekeeping. However, manager brought us fresh towels quickly upon request. Last, while we appreciate the nightly happy hour, which is also better than most other hotels. Please get a better wine brand. There are others in the same point as liberty creek that are at least drinkable. Minor downsides in the grand scheme of things. Will not prevent us from staying again.

Summary: I had a mixed stay. The hotel is very clean and the beds are quite comfortable. I appreciate the free drinks and food. However, I had some issues during my stay. First, my AC wasn’t working on my first night. The hotel was unable to contact me to let me know since I booked through Hotels.com. So, I was only made aware of this when I checked in. The first night was uncomfortable but the hotel comped the night, so I was satisfied with how they handled it. Secondly, one of the elevators was out my entire stay. I stayed there 6/24-6/30, and it was out the entire time. People were waiting in long lines at times to get onto the elevator. That was unacceptable. One person told me they’d been staying there for months and that the elevator had been out all that time. Lastly, when I had to switch rooms due to the AC issue, I left a toiletry bag behind. I was told by a staff member that it was found and in their possession, but then when I went to retrieve it, they were unable to find it. That was very frustrating.

Summary: Called a week before to see if could get a early check in,got the run around to call back day of trip. Did and then got told to call back 30 mins to see if a room would be available as they where cleaning. Did that and got told bc i didnt pay a early fee lile others did that i couldn't get early check in but would get late check in, even went to hotel and asked. Got to hotel and was told AC out but had a fan in room. We understood and went up to room. Then had to come down and ask where my king room was not doubles. Got told they didnt have that so you gave it away right. Was told they give me point and paid for some snacks sorry. I have never had problems ever with booking. They also charged me 2x

Summary: Everything was excellent except one of two elevators was out of service. During a very busy time this meant long waits. I understand they are waiting for a part but this needs to be expedited.
